Challenge

I don't think I have written about this before but when I turned 30 a couple of months ago I made a list -41 things to do before I'm 40. All the things I have thought of and never tried, that I have put off to have the madam, not done because of the Mr - those sorts of things. But after looking around this lovely blogosphere of ours I am so inspired I am changing up my list - it was now be ' a different 40 things to every year until I turn 40'. I am hoping by writing it I will then also be a bit more accountable and get off my butt and do it!

Two of the most wonderfully inspiring blogs Soule Mama and Hoppo Bumpo - oh to have the skill and motivation!

Also check out Flux Capacitor - Maggie is an amazing writer and covers many, many subjects, feelings, emotions in such an incredible way - the sort of blog you are still thinking about 3 days after you have read it.

A photo a day: Seven

Because sometimes it would be nice to just keep driving.

A photo a day: six : Shopping Local

These photo's were taken on the run (like you can't tell that!) but this is the food stall down the main road - it has all of lifes neccesities - dried apple chips, cactus, chook poo and the absolute worlds best pumpkins! The madam has developed such an affinity for our roadside pumpkins that I must buy her a special pumpkin each time.

Please

Please do look at Boho Dread Journey it is the story of a journey along the path of life of a brilliant lady called Denise Andrade. She is one of those women you come across who seems to be able to do everything - for me she is one of the people I say " when I grow up please let me be a little like her!".

Then please let me be a little like like the lovely lady who created Tiny Help - this is so cool I am thinking of doing a local version.

A photo a day: Day Five

Shadows
They can be stunning, beautiful, light, lovely......
or they can just tell you that you need to clean your mirror.

A photo a day: four

The one patch of blue sky I found yesterday - it didn't last long.
I'm a winter girl at heart - cold, fires, soups - I love it -
but this made me excited for Spring!

A photo a day : three

This is the madam on one of our 'adventures' yesterday! We try for an adventure a day too! It's photos like this that really make me appreciate where I live - wine country (which is good for numerous reasons) but being able to get out and breath fresh air whilst still being close to everything seems to combine the worlds of the Mr and me (we are classic opposites attract).
So I think I'm up to date for today - the madam and I are off to see my sister and mum. WE are putting together furniture for my sisters new house - I think it may be a good thing I live in wine country today!

A photo a day: number two

This is my day two photo for Megan's lovely The Byron Life: A Photo a Day in August - the madam and I thought we would make a ' fairy egg cup garden' I think we might be a little hard pressed to get the basil to grow - but it's all about the enthusiasm isn't it! The pig on it's side is actually my flying pig watering can - it randomly shows up in photo's.

A photo a day - catch up

I will make this photo for the first day of August as I joined late to The Byron Life: A photo a day in August (linked from the post below) I am using this for a few reasons;

- Even though it is so cold her sometimes it's just nice to feel the grass.
- I really don't like my feet so maybe by publishing this I will get over it.
- I need to by new ugg boots to dag around in!

A photo a day & hope!

Okay - I did it! I have actually signed up for my first real blog/photo/blogosphere thing - I'm not quite sure what to call it and if I'm going to be brutally honest I have never linked to anything since I have started this because I just couldn't figure it out! So I hope this link back to the lovely idea - The Byron Life: A Photo a Day in August - works! Now let's hope I can keep up!
